Brick Oven Pizza Kaneohe in Oahu

I came in for Sunday dinner and the place was surprisingly slow. I ordered a small pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza. The dough was crispy and the crust was buttered. The credit card noting an up charge doesn't entirely make sense. Other than that the experience was good.

I ordered it to go. Service was prompt. Pizza looked really good. Unfortunately, it didn't taste as good as it looked. Crust tasted like cardboard, and the sauce was a bit too sweet. Very disappointed.

First & last time visitor. Only 1 person acting as hostess, server, clean up, and food prepper. Service was extremely slow. The food was not good. The meatball sub was served on old, hard bread. The margherita pizza had no pizza sauce! Just dough, cheap cheese, diced tomatoes and basil. This was not a $60 meal!

Food was okay but service was terrible. The waiter wasn’t respectful.

5 Star - Pizza, wings and Salad was everything I was hoping for. Very good. 4 Star - A little slower and didn’t feel like the cleanest restaurant but not bad. That’s why I’d give it a 4 star. 1 Star - credit card surcharge of 3.5%. As a consumer, this tells me they care more about a minor expense of doing business in 2019 then a good customer experience. As a business, your number one priority is to provide the best experience possible and this isn’t doing it. A customer wants to give you money for the service and you add a fee to it. Just bad business in my opinion. You might as well throw on a rent surcharge, labor, power and every other expense to run a business. If they decide to care about customer convenience over a business expense, I’d given it a 5 Star.

Service was slow and felt like we were forgotten about as we waited and waited for our food. The garlic cheese bread was half cooked. The cheese was not fully melted.

Good food and service! Also, I left my wallet there with my ID and credit cards. I went back, they had it, and when I tried (twice) to tip them for finding it, the wouldn't take any money.

Best gluten-free pizza I've ever had! The garlic butter, tomato sauce, any topping, they're all great.

I really like this place. Good food. Friendly, local service, but not good value. Will not make this a regular. Location is fantastic with ample parking.

Great staff. Good people and the Pupu pizza is amazing. Burst of flavors.

We had no idea their pizza was so incredibly delicious. Being vegitarian sometimes dining out can be a challenge and disappointing but not the case with these folks. Fresh to order made pizzas and wheat crust option, so delicious.

They were able to make a half veggie and half pepperoni. The corn meal on the bottom was nice.

Great pizza. Staff is friendly and very accommodating!

Its the best pizza I've had on Oahu but the portion sizes are small. That goes for appetizers too.
